KAYLEE ROSE
 FOREVER LOVED FOREVER MISSED

This memorial website was created in loving memory of our sweet baby girl, Kaylee Rose Conlon who was born at Stonybrook Hospital in Long Island, NY on May 17, 2004 at 5:52 a.m. The day she was born was the happiest day of our entire lives. Kaylee brought us more happiness than we ever thought possible. We enjoyed every second we had with her. Our KK was a sweet, good natured, funny, smart, loving and affectionate little girl. She loved to run and jump, sing and dance and read her books. She was so full of life. We will always be proud to be her parents. Kaylee passed away much too soon and suddenly on October 07, 2006 at the age of 2 years and 4 months from a rare strain of bacterial meningitis. She was our entire world, our whole life and our greatest joy. Our lives will never be the same. We will love her and miss her until the day we die. Kaylee, you are forever in our broken hearts........WE LOVE YOU!
We little knew that morning, that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, In death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide; and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same; but as GOD calls us one by one, The Chain will link again.

Our love for you is not written on paper, for paper can be erased. Nor is our love for you etched in stone, for stone can be broken. But our love for you is inscribed in our hearts, where it shall remain forever. -Author Unknown-
Thanks to the kindness and generosity of many family and friends, The Ronald McDonald House of LI has received nearly $9,000 in donations in memory of our Kaylee. This entitles Kaylee to have another plaque on the Wall of Love at RMH. Thank you for your continued support of such a wonderful charity.
A million times we've missed you,
A million times we've cried.
If love could have save you,
You never would have died.
Things we feel most deeply,
Are the hardest things to say.
Our dearest one, we have loved you
In a very special way.

One More Day
Last night I had a crazy dream
A wish was granted just for me, it could be for anything
I didn't ask for money or a mansion in Malibu
I simply wished for one more day with you
One more day, one more time
One more sunset, maybe I'd be satisfied
But then again, I know what it would do
Leave me wishing still for one more day with you
First thing I'd do is pray for time to crawl
I'd unplug the telephone and keep the TV off
I'd hold you every second, say a million I love you's
That's what I'd do with one more day with you

Thanks to Daddy, Popa John, Uncle Tim, Uncle Tony, Russ and Kyle for helping to design and build Kaylee's memorial garden. Papa and Aunt Chrissie picked out and planted all the beautiful flowers. Thank you also to everyone who has bought us a gift to include in and decorate KK's garden. It truly was a "labor of love". Please see the photo album section for more close up garden pictures

**Please see the 'Her Legacy' section of the website for information on where to send donations in Kaylee's memory. Thank you.
**Please light a candle, share a story, or write a tribute to keep Kaylee's memory alive. It helps us to know Kaylee is being thought of and remembered. Thanks.**

With your videos Kaylee, we can show everyone your beauty, charm, intelligence, love for others, and love for life. In two years, you taught so many people HOW to love.
